1. Description of Service

The Portal provides registered students of PPMI Madinah ("Users") with access to features including, but not limited to:

• Creating and managing a personal and academic profile.
• Viewing academic calendars and event timelines.
• Accessing and submitting official forms.
• Receiving communications from PPMI Madinah administration.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Eligibility: Access to the Portal is limited to current students and authorized administrative staff of PPMI Madinah.
• Registration: You must register for an account using the provided Google OAuth authentication method. By registering, you represent that you are an eligible student or staff member.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify the Portal administrator of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Portal's profile forms. The accuracy of this data is critical for administrative purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Portal to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal or servers or networks connected to the Portal.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal, other accounts, or any other systems or networks connected to the Portal.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of PPMI Madinah and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

PPMI Madinah reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Portal will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PPMI Madinah makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties.

In no event shall PPMI Madinah or its administrators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Portal.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Portal after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
